Day 33: Relaxing the Brain
I had the worst sleep last night - I was way too into my thoughts and was still awake at 6:00AM. Why do I do this to myself? Why don’t I unwind like I’m suppose to? I’m harming no one else but myself.
Starting tonight, I will unwind one hour before going to bed by reading a book or cleaning my room - but definitely avoiding electronics.
Our mind works so hard and we never really let it rest during the day. Do you have any tips on how you fall asleep? I literally end up thinking about everything - life, death, purpose, goals, things that are going well and everything in between.
